Please note: if you choose MOTA arbitration, you will have to present your evidence in writing; you won't normally have the chance to appear in person.
MOTA members must:
give a full and accurate descriptions of the goods in their catalogues
meet delivery dates quoted
inform customers if there is undue delay
give prompt refunds for unwanted or faulty goods
make it clear if there is likely to be any surcharge
make it clear if there is likely to be any restricted availability
ensure that appropriate servicing facilities are available if the goods on offer normally require servicing.
